Sales Manager Levante y Canarias

Position Profile:

- Researches and analyses the market of electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, heat pumps, and electric heating appliances;

- Participates specifically in the development of a business strategy and a plan for the South of Spain market in line with the general corporate strategy and also to contribute to the development in the strategy of the Spain Market;

- Advises on the product positioning and pricing strategy for the Andalusia Region;

- Drives the implementation of the business strategy and plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;

- Regular customer visits in the region;

- Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;

- Leads the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of receivables;

- Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordance with the corporate templates;

Position Requirements::

- University degree in economics/engineering or another related field;

- Professional experience

o 8 years sales experience, 4 of which in professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/systems, electric appliances or other installation products;

o Business-to-business selling experience;

- Excellent command of English;

- Computer literacy – MS Office;

- Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined and result-oriented individual;

- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;

- Outgoing, open and honest personality;
